Ken Knuven

Ken serves as the Chairman of the Core Education Foundation as well as a member of the Core Education Foundation Advisory Council. Ken has been instrumental in the development, growth, and leadership of innovative organizations for over twenty-five years. A senior executive from the information technology industry, he has extensive experience with Fortune 500 companies as well as startups, higher education and nonprofits. 

Prior to joining Core, Ken’s career was focused on the nonprofit sector, demonstrating a commitment to educational advancement and institutional governance. At the Charles Koch Foundation, Ken led vital grant-making initiatives that partnered with a diverse range of social entrepreneurs and stakeholders in postsecondary education. His work was instrumental in cultivating strong advocates, nurturing innovative ideas and coalitions, and creating conducive environments for student success in college, their careers, and beyond.  

 

Chris Moloney

Associate Vice President/Associate Managing Principal of Consulting at AGB

Chris Moloney, PhD is the Associate Vice President and Associate Managing Principal for Consulting within the Association of Governing Boards of Universities and Colleges, a non-profit membership association with a 100 year history of serving the governance and strategy needs of the higher education industry. 

At AGB, Chris has held a variety of leadership roles, including serving as senior director of Consulting and director of Strategy and Transformation consulting. For the past 6 years, he has worked closely with college and universities leaders to find solutions to the most pressing leadership, board development, and strategic challenges facing their institutions. His career experience also includes building university partnerships for an international education company and conducting research and teaching.
